The price inclusive of the paid Services, or its method of calculation if the price can not be determined in advance, is posted on the Site before any access to the paid Services by the User. Access to the paid services supposes that the User holds a valid debit or credit card of the brands Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Discover and Union Pay.
We charge a ''finders fee'' starting from $12.99 (depending on the manual category) for the service of finding lost user manuals.
A $6.00 service fee is charged to help support our payment processing fees, database hosting fees and covers a broad range of operating costs including customer support. Fees and charges include Taxes or VAT at the rate applicable and country are included in the price at the time of the Order.
Upon making an order, a link to the requested user manual will be sent via email to the email address associated at the time of purchase. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
To maximize your satisfaction, our teams do their best to find your user manual and send them to you as soon as possible. Sometimes our team cannot guarantee we will always find the manual which customers request, or the accuracy of the results we deliver. It is possible the request which was made is either too generic, the manual does not exist or is unavailable at the time of the request. If there is no satisfaction from the customer's side, the company will issue a refund. In this case, the company needs to receive an express communication by the user which supports this financial operation.
IN ANY CASE, ONCE THE USER CLICKS ON THE CONFIRMATION BUTTON OF THE ORDER REQUIRING PAYMENT, THE CONNECTION IS INSTANT AND THE USER MAY IMMEDIATELY USE THE PAYABLE SERVICES . When purchasing our service, you agree to enroll in the Manual Access & Support Plan, which is a recurring monthly service billed at a rate of $9.99 usd per month and charged automatically on a recurring basis until canceled. This plan is designed to provide ongoing assistance beyond the initial request and includes continued manual retrieval support, priority handling of requests, assistance in replacing incorrect or incomplete manuals, and general troubleshooting guidance related to manuals. The service is delivered entirely through email communication, and no account dashboard, login system, or stored document library is provided, as the subscription is intended to provide continued access to assistance rather than access to a downloadable repository.
By enrolling in the subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew each month and that your selected payment method will be charged accordingly unless you cancel the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@all-usermanuals.com. Once a cancellation request is received, future billing will be stopped, although the current billing period will remain active until its scheduled end. No further charges will be applied after cancellation has been processed, and we aim to handle cancellation requests in a timely manner. The services included in your subscription are as follows:
We can issue a refund only in the same credit/debit card used in the initial purchase of our services. Once we receive a refund request, this request will be placed on queue on an internal list and processed in our bank system in order of arrival. Refunds requests include mainly but not limited to customers asking for a refund because the customer didn't receive the type or model of the manual they exactly requested on the initial order. In such cases, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: simply contact us at refunds@all-usermanuals.com and we will promptly process a full refund of the search and service fees to your original payment method.
Regarding subscriptions, please note that cancellations require prior written authorisation. The initial subscription fee is non-refundable; however, subscribers will continue to receive full manual assistance support throughout the first month of service.
