A $4.01 service fee is charged to help support our payment processing fees, database hosting fees and covers a broad range of operating costs including customer support. Fees and charges include Taxes or VAT at the rate applicable and country are included in the price at the time of the Order.

Your manual is processed by our team in priority order for a fee of $4.99. We will expedite the delivery of your instruction manual. If you dont wish to use our Priority Service, this service is optional and can be unselected from the Order Summary Box in our Checkout page.

Subscribe for just $2.99 per month and you will have the possibility to order unlimited manuals from us. Monthly subscription, cancel anytime.*subscription fee will not be refunded.
Customer Care Representative
Schedule a call with a Customer Care Representative to answer any questions for just an extra $4,95. * Service available from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Call will be limited to 30 minutes. If the issue cannot be solved over that time, an additional period of 30 minutes will be added at the same rate of $4.95 through a separate scheduled call. In some cases, depending on our availability, this additional call might be made during the same initial call. **Service only available in USA, United Kingdom, Europe Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Upon purchasing your manual , a link to the requested instruction manuals and/or user guides will be sent via email to the email address associated with your account. Once an email has been received you will be able to download your instruction manuals. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
To maximize your satisfaction, our teams do their best to find your user manuals and send them to you as soon as possible. If it is not part of our database, we will perform an additional search directly on the internet to maximize your chances of obtaining your user guide, and this without any additional costs for you. Sometimes our team cannot guarantee we will always find the manual which user requested , or the accuracy of the results we deliver. It is possible the request which was made is either too generic, the manual does not exist or is unavailable at the time of the request.If there is no satisfaction from the customer's side, the company will issue a refund. In this case, the company needs to receive an express communication by the user which supports this financial operation.

We can issue a refund only in the same credit/debit card used in the initial purchase of our services. Once we receive a refund request, this request will be placed on queue on an internal list and processed in our bank system in order of arrival. Refunds requests include mainly when customer asks refund because didn't receive the type or model of the manual they exactly requested on the initial order. The refund process can last a maximum of 12 business days.
