All-UserManuals.com does not offer any online technical support to consumers for any product. Please contact the manufacturer of your product to get specialized help and support.
The price inclusive of the paid Services, or its method of calculation if the price can not be determined in advance, is posted on the Site before any access to the paid Services by the User. Access to the paid services supposes that the User holds a valid debit or credit card of the brands Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Discover and Union Pay.
The price per drivers is $9.99.
Fees and charges include Taxes or VAT at the rate applicable and country are included in the price at the time of the Order.
Priority Service
Your driver is processed by our team in priority order for a fee of $4.99. We will expedite the delivery of your installation driver. If you dont wish to use our Priority Service, this service is optional and can be unselected from the Order Summary Box in our Checkout page.
Upon purchasing your drivers , a link to the requested drivers will be sent via email to the email address associated with your account. Once an email has been received you will be able to download your drivers. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
To maximize your satisfaction, our teams do their best to find your drivers and send them to you as soon as possible. If they are not part of our database, we will perform an additional search directly on the internet to maximize your chances of obtaining your drivers and this without any additional costs for you. Sometimes our team cannot guarantee we will always find the files which user requested , or the accuracy of the results we deliver. It is possible the request which was made is either too generic, the drivers do not exist or they are unavailable at the time of the request. If there is no satisfaction from the customer's side, the company will issue a refund. In this case, the company needs to receive an express communication by the user which supports this financial operation.
IN ANY CASE, ONCE THE USER CLICKS ON THE CONFIRMATION BUTTON OF THE ORDER REQUIRING PAYMENT, THE CONNECTION IS INSTANT AND THE USER MAY IMMEDIATELY USE THE PAYABLE SERVICES . CONSEQUENTLY, THE USER EXPRESSLY GIVES HIS AGREEMENT TO THE PROVISION OF PAYABLE SERVICES, BY ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT, HIS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND THIS PENDANT ALL THE DURATION OF PROVISION OF SERVICES. We can issue a refund only in the same credit/debit card used in the initial purchase of our services.
